Your ecolodge is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It includes two double beds, i.e. 2 beds for 2 people, a kitchenette, interior furniture and a terrace with garden lounge.

The sanitary facilities are for your private use and are located next to your ecolodge (WC, shower, sink).
This cabin is on stilts and is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The cabin also has an outdoor terrace with garden lounge table and 4 chairs.

The ecolodge is available to rent throughout the year.
In practice
Your rental can span up to 30 nights, i.e. 1 month, per booking and per person. Bookings must be made at least 48h beforehand on the website in order to be validated.
- Check-in between 4pm and 8pm.
- Check-out by noon at the latest.
Please contact the site’s property manager, Aline Lefebvre, by telephone on 06 08 05 82 27 on the day before your arrival in order to confirm your time of arrival at the ecolodge located at rue Clos Prévoté in Sailly-sur-la-Lys (3 parking spaces including one for people with reduced mobility nearby). In order to access it from the rue de la Lys, take the road to the right alongside the Carrefour Contact supermarket’s parking lot, go straight through the property to access the small parking lot located around twenty metres away from your accommodation.
Mandatory
Upon arrival, a copy of your identity document must be provided at the time of drawing up the incoming condition of premises report. You are asked to return your ecolodge in the same condition of cleanliness in which you found it upon arrival. Any violations will incur an additional 36 euro charge for the partial or full cleaning of your accommodation.
The tenant is required to take out a “tenant’s damage” insurance policy with an insurance company to cover tenant’s damage and the rented property. The tenant must provide evidence of “holiday insurance” to the property manager upon request.

The site
Located a stone’s throw away from local shops, the ecolodge in Sailly-sur-la-Lys welcomes you and your family or friends for a bucolic getaway in the Lys Valley. A short distance from the banks of the Lys, this accommodation located away from the hustle and bustle will offer a pleasant place to stay the night. A private sanitary cabin located on-site will provide you with all the comfort you need and will enable you to safely store your equipment.
The activities
Children’s playgrounds, a mountain biking field, a health trail for adults and ornithological observation posts on the banks of the river offer a relaxing and fun time. The banks of the Lys are ideal for fishermen who will appreciate the quiet and green setting of the river.
Discover
You can discover the borough’s heritage by following the thirteen information panels that form a trail called “Museum in the city” retracing the past of the area’s industrial, religious and architectural monuments.
The Sailly-sur-la-Lys water sports centre, the Saint-Vaast church and the "La Prévôté" house, the city’s oldest building (1296), and the former lock house of Bac Saint-Maur are worth a visit.
- The hiking trails: many hiking trails created by hikers exist in the city. Through them, you can discover the borough through 4 small trails from 4km to 9km in length.
- Cycling trails: a 20-km chapels trail runs through the city and takes you past chapels, churches and military cemeteries. (Trails available in the “Découvrir Sailly” section of the www.sailly.info website).
The ecolodge is connected to the “Lys Valley & des Monts de Flandre” node network. The map can be bought in the shop at the price of €7.

If you do not want to bring your own bed linen, you can rent sets for one or two beds.

If you do not want to bring your own towels, you can rent sets for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people.
Price: €4.00 / person
The set includes, for one person:
- a small towel,

Housekeeping charge
If you do not want to or do not have time to clean up your ecolodge before checking out, you can pay an additional €25.00 housekeeping fee that will be added to your online booking.

Greeters are residents of the Lys Valley who accompany tourists (6 people maximum) on a voluntary basis.
They show tourists the known and lesser-known corners of their town and tell « stories to live ». The Greeter's own story takes a central place in the storytelling tour.
Don't hesitate to book a walk with a greeter to immerse yourself in the local life and discover the surroundings in a unique way.

La personne en charge de notre accueil est juste au top!! Elle nous a conseillé tout au long du séjour.
Endroit vraiment sympa ! au calme entouré de végétation. L'espace est convivial, chaleureux. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr!!!

Hôtesse accueillante et prévenante. Chalet propre avec le nécessaire à utiliser. Environs charmants avec commerce à proximité. Le calme à 2 pas de la ville. Nous y avons passé un très agréable moment.

Bonjour, j'ai adoré l'endroit malgré mes difficultés de mobilité. Je suis une personne en fauteuil roulant électrique ce qui m'a énormément traîné dans plusieurs choses. Donc effectivement le lodge pour moi n'est pas forcément bien adapté mais j'en ai quand même profité et vous en remercie ! Effectivement le fait que la partie cuisine n'est pas dans le même espace que pour faire la vaisselle et compliqué pour quelqu'un qui ne peut pas transporter les choses avec ses mains. J'ai quand même pas mal d'autonomie encore mais pour la douche il faudrait peut-être mettre une chaise à disposition dedans ainsi que des barres d'appui pour les toilettes et pour la douche. Mon fauteuil a eu du mal à monter le ponton car il y a un petit dénivelé et ce weekend il faisait pas franchement beau donc mon fauteuil patiner beaucoup mais le technicien a trouvé une solution ce qui m'a permis du coup de pouvoir y monter sans souci. Il faudrait mettre des bandes noires antidérapante je pense jusqu'à la porte de la chambre et la porte qui donne dans la salle de bain car en béquille ça permettrait de ne pas glisser. Ce qui est dommage c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'abri juste devant la porte d'entrée de la chambre pour y loger le fauteuil afin de pouvoir utiliser comme il faut l'espace dans le lodge. Ce système correspond plus à ceux qui peuvent encore faire quelques périmètre de marche en béquille car effectivement quelqu'un qui veut pas du tout se lever de son fauteuil est obligé de rentrer avec dans le Lodge. C'est un endroit très bien situé puisqu'il est au milieu de rien mais proche de tout. Le clocher de l'église le lever avec les oiseaux et l'âne juste à côté est très très agréable. Malgré les difficultés que j'ai eu ce weekend je pense que je le referai tout de même. Merci pour l'accueil et pour tout le reste

L’écolodge est très sympa en soi et Fabienne nous a bien accueilis.
Cependant je n’étais pas au courant qu’il était seul et isolé (entouré de grillages et de barbelés). J’étais seule à y dormir avec mes enfants et je n’étais pas à l’aise d’être si isolée. J’ai demandé si on pouvais changer avec un autre écolodge (même s’il fallait en changer plusieurs fois car pas de disponibilités pour une semaine entière) mais la personne qui s’occupait de ma réservation n’a rien fait pour. Il n’y a eu aucun suivi et aucune compréhension.

Logement insolite, mais un confort acceptable . Dépaysement garanti. Dommage que la berge opposée au chemin de hallage de la Lys ne soit pas aménagée, auquel on pourrait faire une belle randonnée.

En arrivant je me suis rendu compte que le lodge était seul et isolée. Je n'étais pas à l'aise d'y dormir seule avec mes enfants. J'ai demandé à la personne responsable de ma réservation si elle pouvait nous reloger dans un autre lodge, même si ce n'était pas plusieurs nuits d'affilée. Elle m'a clairement dit qu'il y avait de la disponibilité mais qu'elle préférait les louer à d'autres personnes. J'ai dormi au lodge 3 nuits sur 9.
