The opportunity to relax along the water through breathing exercises and postures. An ideal activity to recharge your batteries!
Content of the session
Hatha Yoga is a sequence of very simple or more complicated postures (asanas in Sanskrit). This is a discipline for everyone, because there are different levels depending on whether you are a beginner or more experienced. As with other forms of yoga, Hatha Yoga allows an improvement in the overall form of the practitioner, as and when the practice. It has many benefits, whether physical, mental or emotional.
Session from a traditional hatha yoga practice including:
- postures,
- breathing exercises "pranaayama",
- meditation,
- relaxation.
This session will allow you to initiate or perfect yourself in Hatha-Yoga and then be able to carry out alone your sessions at home, once the postures are properly mastered!

Don't forget to bring
- Your yoga mat,
- a warm outfit.
Booking and cancellation conditions
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to you the day before the session,
- registration possible until 12h before the start of the session,
- in case of withdrawals within 24 hours preceding the session, no refund can be made,
- in case of bad weather conditions, the session will be postponed or refunded.
